¿Qué hago cuando no estoy con el Tarot?

Me parece que el tarot ya es parte de mi vida, así que ya no se trata de si estoy dedicándome al Tarot o no. En simples palabras, si estoy bien y en balance con mis emociones, me va bien con el tarot; si estoy mal y no tengo balance tampoco fluyo con el tarot.

Al tener una hija de 10 años a los 51, tomé un curso de Inteligencia Emocional para aprender cómo controlar mis emociones y encontrar el balance en mi vida.  

Luego, en un taller de Tarot en español tuve como invitada a Mary K Greer donde aprendimos una dinámica con Las Cartas de La Corte y de pronto todo tuvo sentido. Pude lograr reconocer todas mis emociones y reacciones a diferentes eventos con alguna carta de La Corte del Tarot. https://bit.ly/2XKL5kY  

Cuando llegó la pandemia del Covid el año pasado, fue difícil lidiar con las clases virtuales en casa y fue ahí cuando realmente puse lo aprendido en Inteligencia Emocional a prueba.

¿Alguna vez viste a La reina de Espadas y al Paje de Espadas bailar el tango?

Créeme no es una linda imagen, pero es real y nada agradable.

¿Cómo obtengo el balance? Tomando una postura distinta, conectando con las características del Paje de Copas, y dejando atrás la actitud de la Reina de Espadas. Escuchando y siendo más sensible a la nueva realidad de mi hija.

El balance en la vida tiene que ver con la capacidad de vernos a nosotros mismos, darnos cuenta cuando no estamos en nuestro mejor momento, cuando alejamos en lugar de atraer a quienes amamos.

Si sientes que le falta balance en tu vida, toma una, respiración profunda y busca la carta de la corte que te represente en este momento. ¿Es esta la mejor versión de ti misma?

En mi experiencia personal, solo cuando tomo responsabilidad de la situación en la que me encuentro, es cuando encuentro el balance.

What do I do when I do not write about Tarot?

It seems to me that Tarot has become part of my life, so this is not anymore about one thing or the other.  If I am OK, my work with Tarot is OK. If I am out of balance, my Tarot work is out of balance.

Being the mother of a 10-year-old at 51, I took a workshop on Emotional Intelligence to learn to balance and be in control of my emotions.

Then I hosted with Mary K Greer a class about Court Cards for the Spanish Community .and then it all came together. I was able to pinpoint all 16 court cards with any emotion I was feeling and my reactions to events.  https://bit.ly/2XKL5kY  

When Covid hit and I had to deal with home schooling is when I really put to the test the skills I have learned to balance my emotions.

Have you ever seen The Queen of Swords and the Knight of Swords reversed dance the Tango?  It is not a pretty picture I assure you, but it is a real one and I did not like it.

How did I achieve balance? By taking a different stance, connecting with the characteristics of Page of Cups and dropping the Queen of Swords posture, by listening, and becoming more sensible to my child´s new reality.

Life Balance has to do with the capacity we have to take a good look at ourselves, when we not being our best, when we are withdrawing instead approaching the ones we care about. 

If you feel out of balance, take a deep breath, find the court card that defines you and reflect on it. Is this your higher vision of yourself? 

It is my experience that only when I take responsibility of the situation, I find balance.
